Origin Story
You could say I’ve lived two lives: one onstage, and one in deep conversations behind the scenes. But really, it’s always been one path: a journey of awakening, of helping others come home to their own power and presence.

As a professional musician, I’ve spent years in some of the most demanding and exhilarating spaces. I’ve seen and experienced the burnout, the comparison, the pressure to prove yourself.

As a coach, I now help artists navigate these same spaces, but with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. I guide them not just toward better performance, but deeper alignment with who they really are and what they truly want.
For me, making music and coaching aren’t separate lanes. They’re both ways of healing, as both remember and create something sacred out of ordinary life.
The Quiet Voice
There was a moment when I realized the life I was living (the gigs, the grind, the constant proving) wasn’t mine anymore. It was a role I was playing, one I was taught to play, but it wasn't a life I had chosen.

I knew I needed to reconnect, not with my résumé, or some new productivity system, but with myself and the part of me that loved music not for applause, but for its ability to make meaning. It meant connecting with the part of me that wanted something different.

That shift didn’t happen overnight, as the voice spoke of coaching, and led me to new teachers and tools, and eventually to a new life of performance, service, supportive creativity, and the ability to listen.
What I Believe
My work is rooted in a set of guiding values that shape how I create, coach, perform, and live. These values remind me what matters most when the path feels unclear, and they anchor the systems and soul behind everything I do.
